Large Vegetable Growing Chamber 5-Tier Hydroponic | Henvic

Large Vegetable Growing Chamber

Container hydroponic vegetable production converts a standard shipping container into a "mobile plant factory" for growing vegetables. It needs no soil and does not depend on the weather — with an intelligent system installed inside, vegetables can be produced all year round. This model is particularly well suited to cities, border regions and special environments, delivering fresh vegetables directly to the table or to livestock farms.

Container hydroponic vegetable production

  • Soil-free, nutrient solution based: the container interior is a closed environment in which the vegetable root systems are immersed directly in the nutrient solution or fed through NFT channels and zip-tower systems, making the entire process soilless.
  • Full control over the environment: LED grow lights, a constant-temperature air conditioner, ventilation and a CO₂ enrichment system are installed inside, and temperature, humidity and light are adjusted through the intelligent control screen. Whether it is -40°C outside or 50°C summer heat, the interior maintains a constant temperature suited to crop growth.
  • Vertical growing saves space: the interior is typically designed with multi-tier growing racks. A single 40-foot standard container can grow 5,000 to 9,000 vegetable plants, with yield per unit area dozens of times that of conventional cultivation.
