Large Intelligent Fruit & Vegetable Growing Pod
I. Product Overview
The large-scale intelligent fruit and vegetable growing cabin (HVC-40 Series) is a mobile plant factory product developed by Henvic for large-scale fruit and vegetable production. The entire cabin uses a 40 ft high-cube-grade insulated container body, with a built-in multi-tier vertical hydroponic system, a full-spectrum LED supplementary lighting system, an intelligent environmental control system and a nutrient solution recirculation system, enabling efficient year-round production of leafy vegetables, fruit vegetables and berries inside a container.
The growing cabin does not depend on the natural climate. Intelligent control algorithms automatically regulate the five key factors of temperature, light, water, air and nutrients to provide the optimal growing environment for crops. The equipment is ready to use on arrival and can be transported by overall lifting, making it suitable for urban farms, protected agriculture parks, supermarket direct-supply bases, and fresh fruit and vegetable supply in plateau, polar, island and other special environments.

III. Core Functions and Features
- Efficient vertical production: 4–6 tier vertical growing racks with an effective cultivation area of approx. 320–400 m², delivering yields up to 30–50 times those of open-field cultivation on the same footprint;
- Full-spectrum intelligent supplementary lighting: dedicated plant growth LED chips with the spectrum automatically adjusted to crop type and growth stage, and light intensity continuously adjustable from 300–800 µmol/m²/s;
- Precise environmental control: PLC core with multi-point sensors automatically regulating temperature, humidity, CO₂ and ventilation, supporting differentiated day/night and stage-specific environmental curves;
- Integrated water and fertilizer management: automatic nutrient solution proportioning, recirculation and sterilization with online EC/pH monitoring, achieving water savings of over 90% and zero-discharge recycling;
- Remote intelligent management: 10-inch touch screen for local control plus mobile app / cloud platform remote monitoring, automatic anomaly alarms, and networked cluster management of multiple cabins;
- Modular rapid deployment: the entire cabin is factory-prefabricated and plug-and-play, requiring no civil construction work; it can be lifted and transported as a whole for rapid replication and capacity expansion;
- Stable year-round production: unaffected by season, geography or extreme weather, enabling continuous harvesting throughout the year and a secure, stable supply chain.
