Lettuce is the most commercialised hydroponic leafy crop, yet also the most demanding in terms of stability: slightly high temperatures trigger bolting, and insufficient light produces loose heads. This model centres on a low-temperature regime and tunable light recipe, locking the crop's growth rhythm into its optimum window for reliably crisp texture and compact heads.

4. System Configuration

Standard configuration: NFT growing racks, circulation pumps and nutrient disinfection module, automatic EC/pH fertigation, full-spectrum red/blue/white LEDs, constant-temperature fresh-air and dehumidification unit, optional CO2 enrichment, and an intelligent control cabinet with remote monitoring.

Enclosure and integration: 6058 x 2438 x 2896 mm (20 ft ISO container); racks: 3-tier anodised aluminium hydroponic racks with adjustable pitch; control: PLC with 7-inch touch panel; local control with remote-ready interface.

 5. Suitable Crops

Primary crop: Lettuce (Lactuca sativa). Growing method: NFT nutrient film technique. Cultivars respond differently to light recipes; we recommend a small-scale cultivar adaptation trial first.

6. Application Scenarios

Direct supply of lettuce to premium supermarkets, salad supply for restaurant chains, and made-to-order plant-factory production. This is the Compact configuration; Small footprint for near-market deployment; ideal for community supply and pilot production.

 7. Delivery & Installation

• Factory: the enclosure, refrigeration unit, piping and electrical systems are assembled and bench-tested in our factory, followed by a 48-hour continuous operation test, with a test record supplied with the shipment.

• Transport: the enclosure matches standard ISO container dimensions and can be shipped as ordinary container cargo under FOB, CIF or DAP terms.

• On site: our engineers or authorised partners provide positioning guidance, utility connection, commissioning and operator training, normally within 3 working days.

• Deliverables: the complete unit, printed and electronic bilingual operation manuals, a PLC programme backup, crop parameter recipes, and the factory test report.

 8. After-Sales Service

• Warranty: 12 months on the complete unit from acceptance, with optional extended coverage for the core refrigeration unit and control system.

• Response: repairs acknowledged within 24 hours on business days, with a solution proposed within 72 hours for critical faults.

• Remote operations: remote diagnostics, recipe and parameter upgrades, data dashboards and energy analysis (standard on the Smart Flagship configuration, optional on the others).

• Spare parts and upgrades: long-term supply of genuine parts, filters and consumables, plus control-system and technology upgrades.

• Training and cultivation support: operator, maintenance and cultivation-process training, with continuously updated crop parameter packs.
